Depending on several factors (such as destination, size, seasonality, and quantity of products being shipped), the shipping times can vary. Most orders are shipped between 2-7 business days from the order submission. If your order has not been shipped after 7 business days from your placement please fill out this form, or send an email to email@example.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we are happy to help! We offer returns within 10 days of receiving your order. To make a request for a return, please fill out this form.
In order to qualify for a free return:
There must be issues with the order. For instance, if the incorrect design or product has been shipped to your location, then you qualify.
You can request this return by filling out this form, and a follow-up email will be sent detailing the next steps. Please ensure that the item(s) you want to return still have tags on and are in original packing. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Once an order has been placed, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. Please ensure that you order the correct size/color and input the shipment details correctly. If any of the aforementioned occurs and you still want to return your order but do not qualify for a free return, please fill out the return form as soon as possible. We can check to see if there are any items in inventory that can be exchanged with your product. Alternatively, you can send a request with your order number and name to firstname.lastname@example.org.
